Kunée was founded in 2021 in Bari from the idea of two young men, Corrado de Candia and Gianni Colonna, who decided to continue their journey in the field of subsidized finance.
The main mission of the new company is to convey incentives to companies to help them in their business development and innovation processes. After just one year, a period in which the two partners consolidated the position of their company by collaborating with well-known local companies, Kunée grew by welcoming new staff to manage the ever-increasing volume of practices, specializing even more in activities related to capital goods credit 4.0.
2023 proved to be the year of confirmation, with the inclusion of additional resources and expansion into two other sectors, that of subsidized finance and energy efficiency of companies.
"Kunée is a reality based in Bari," explains co-founder Corrado de Candia, "which operates in the field of subsidized finance, supporting companies in participating in regional and national calls for tenders or in recovering tax credits.
Founded in 2021 by partners Corrado de Candia and Gianni Colonna, Kunée today has about 11 employees and has a strong verticalization on the Transaction 4.0 Plan. Specifically, it deals with accompanying companies in the digitization process through the proper use of capital goods 4.0 tax credits.
In addition to this, there are three fields in which the company operates:
- Training,aiming to support companies in the process of technological and digital transformation, creating or consolidating skills in the enabling technologies necessary to realize the 4.0 paradigm.
- Facilitated finance, through support in the design, implementation, presentation, and reporting of regional and national calls, such as those of the Ministry of Economic Development.
- Sustainability, dealing with budgets, community and energy monitoring, carbon footprint, and DNSH assessment, collaborating with national entities, especially based in Puglia.
"Although our work can be done completely remotely, we prefer to meet clients in person, which is why most of the contacts are in southern Italy. We consider human contact a great value!"
"The initial need," De Candia continues, "was to integrate our work tools with each other, to optimize time and resources, since we follow quite a few projects.We have always used different devices, even to consult emails, we wanted to ensure continuity and security to our work, at any time, synchronizing all data in real time.
Thanks to the support of power2Cloud, we started adopting Google Workspace, a platform we find reliable and work with on a daily basis."
Google Space helps us organize projects synchronously
"One of the features we appreciate about Google Workspace is the security, an essential requirement to do our work with peace of mind, since Kunée handles a lot of sensitive data.
There was a time when we were constantly getting fraudulent emails or emails with SPAM content, some were accidentally opened. Fortunately, thanks to Google's protection systems, we did not have any damage.
A pleasant discovery was Google Spaces , virtual rooms where you can add a variable number of participants.
We use this feature a lot, perhaps our favorite of all, because it is strategic for managing projects with all colleagues.
If we are following a practice, within the Spaces we insert the managers, who for faster communications share project progressso as not to miss important news or events.
The biggest advantage of this tool is that we don't need to constantly send emailsthat then end up getting lost or unread, plus we can create mini-tasks each with a specific deadline.
Since we also work in hybrid mode, with Google Calendar on the other hand we are able not only to manage commitments, but also to check the team's attendance (home and office) by recording shifts, absences and leave hours.
It is true that we alternate between office and mobile work, but we have recreated a familiar environment in the office with a relaxation corner in mind, where we can do team building. The well-being of the staff is what we care about most!"
Con HubSpot, gestione fluida dei contatti e delle trattative
With power2cloud, we moved from black-and-white TV to color TV, working in a smoother and more organized way, thanks to the integration of Google Workspace and HubSpot.
The number of colleagues handling negotiations is smaller than the projects and clients we follow, we could not keep up with all the information, contacts and calls.
We had tried another CRM in the past, but it had not satisfied us. HubSpot, on the other hand, is proving to be a very useful and powerful tool with which we are finally managing to map all our contacts as well.
We are still in the onboarding phase, but this CRM with functionality for all teams, has already proven to be anextremely intuitive tool in many respects and absolutely necessary for our organization also for pipeline management.
In the near future, we want to continue to increase and improve the use of HubSpot, leveraging email marketing, which works so much in facilitated finance, because it allows sharing of updates, calls and opportunities and also supports later delivery, to develop projects in the pipeline."
