In an initial meeting, we will get to know your Management Team to initiate the project, identify responsibilities, share goals, threats and opportunities, agree together on a work plan and priorities

By conferring with the Marketing Team we will delve into previously established goals and priorities. Starting with data analysis, we will study in detail your acquisition and nurturing processes, brand positioning, adoption rates of currently active tools, and how we can better work together

By implementing the agreed activities together in practice, directly within the solutions, we will achieve three results: we will realize the goals, we will train the Marketing Team in the use of the software, and, over time, we will optimize the built processes.

The real work begins now! By monitoring the performance of marketing assets, through strict quality control, we will understand how to optimize processes even more and can move on to the next goal on the list

Business goals, relationships, sales processes and forecasts will be the focus of the first meetings with the Sales Team. Following previously established goals and priorities we will delve into the mechanisms of lead transfer from the Marketing Team and the adoption rate of currently active tools and how we can better work together

Together we will adapt the new tools to the specific needs of each Agent, working directly within the solutions. We will complete the agreed activities by providing each member of the Sales Team with the knowledge to successfully operate independently.

A healthy Sales Team is one that can measure its activities and improve day by day. Therefore, through clear dashboards, everyone will always be able to understand the effectiveness of their work and automate repetitive tasks.

What makes the difference today is the service provided to its customers. Therefore, "relationship" will be the focus of the first meetings with the Service Team. In the wake of goals and priorities established with the Management Team, we will focus together on real cases of support managed within the organization, to identify concrete actions that can improve timing and quality of responses

By realizing interaction paths that are easily measurable by us and effective for leads and customers, we will make use of powerful means and tools to further improve the quality of service to relieve the Service Team from its tasks: from secure and reliable customer portals to intelligent chatbots, from alerts related to SLA timing to sophisticated AI.

Are we doing a good job? Do we need more resources? Are there weaker areas in the service processes? Do we need more training for the Service Team? These are just some of the questions we will answer together through dedicated reports, comparison with market benchmarks and constant monitoring of activities, always ready to improve!
