Booking a room with Room Scheduling from App or web App
As an Appspace user, there are a whole range of functions that you have access to through the Room Scheduling Card on the device in your company.
The information you may need is displayed on the screen. The content of course is responsive, that is, it adapts to the device on which it is projected.
Within the application or webapp is indicated the limit of people per room, the permissions needed for booking, what services can be applied (catering).
On the screen of the device present in the office, on the other hand, it appears whether the room is occupied (by whom and which meeting is in progress), whether it is available or offline.
The Appspace interface is intuitive and no special training is required to use it, as it is designed to be within everyone's reach.
Through the menu you have access to various options:
- book a room for 30 min, an hour, or an hour and a half depending on availability;
- book in advance for the same day or for the next 7 days;
- check in from 10 min before the start of the meeting until 10 min after it begins;
- extend the duration of meetings to one and a half hours;
- touchless check in with the QR code that can also be used for visitors, so that all information remains in memory within the database;
- end the meet early and clear the room;
- view the items available within the booked office (projector, microphone etc..).
Fast find your location with the Wayfinding Appspace
Another very interesting Appspace feature is Integrated wayfinding, which is a map that helps you orient yourself in the space and guides you exactly to the room or resource you have booked within the building.
With integrated wayfinding you can upload floor plans of your buildings, subdividing the various floors and indicating the resources that are available to teams.
