MDG Consulting & Training revolutionizes information management with HubSpot

A story to be written...together!

MDG Consulting & Training was born from the collaboration between two freelancers, then founding partners of the company, Mario De Gennaro and Carmine D’Agnano.

The experience gained in companies and professional training institutions has allowed us to synthesize the different needs of the market in a method that is flexible and dynamic, always customer-oriented.

Since 2019, at the San Vito dei Normanni headquarters, the team has been enriched thanks to new additions that allow constant growth and the consolidation of MDG's activities.

In the path undertaken, MDG has made use of profitable collaborations with professionals in the sector and important partnerships with training institutions in the sector considered as opportunities for mutual growth rather than as competitors.

In 2021, MDG Consulting & Training S.r.l. obtains the ISO 9001:2015 quality certification for the design and provision of financed and self-financed training services (IAF:37).

In 2022, the decision to invest in the opening of a second office in Massafra and accredit MdG among the professional training institutions of the Puglia Region.

 

With the help of power2Cloud, MDG Consulting and Training adopted HubSpot to achieve the following goals:

The challenge

"Our method for financed training is very simple," explains Mario de Gennaro, MDG Founder, "we facilitate what is the knowledge and adherence of companies to interprofessional funds, looking for the fund most suited to the company's needs and studying the training path most useful to the working context of reference.

The collaboration and involvement of all actors, from the company to the employee to the designer and the teacher, is essential both for the success of the project, which due to its complexity can last up to a year.

Our role is crucial in so many ways, as we guide the company through all its phases, relieving them of the organizational burden and leading to the desired outcome.

In the field of subsidized finance, which is the other area in which we operate, there are so many financing opportunities offered to businesses every year, both non-repayable and subsidized, to enable them to evolve and grow. No business is excluded, from SMEs to large Enterprises, from any sector and region.

The calls can be provincial, regional and national,so it is difficult for companies to keep up with all the opportunities, which often go unnoticed or are ignored for lack of an internal structure capable of planning and applying.

And that's where MDG comes in.

Not only do we provide targeted updates on the calls that are instituted, but we facilitate companies in obtaining them by putting at their service the professionalism and expertise that such measures require.

The solution

Thanks to HubSpot, MDG is able to organize all communications and information in a streamlined manner, making data usable quickly.

"Before the adoption of the platform, communications were long and complex, with fragmented information and sometimes not communicating with each other, going through phone calls and with no possibility of tracking. With HubSpot, we went from the Paleolithic to 2060.

Now thanks to the built in drag and drop newsletter on HubSpot we are able to instantly inform all our contacts about the news, in a widespread and totally customizable way.

I create the lists, inserting from time to time the most suitable audience for the communication we are going to send, all thanks to the possibility of inserting countless information about the characteristics of each client. Also, with the communication history I already know what I have sent and to whom, so I do not repeat the same information twice.

Whenever we send a communication we always insert a CTA (call to action) to entice users to contact us by referring them to our page or personal email address. A procedure that before HubSpot adoption could take a whole day is now done much more smoothly.

For example, membership in the interprofessional fund, which is a must for eligibility for funded training notices, used to be done through emails, phone points of contact, whereas now through task management and everything is more streamlined and communications much more targeted as you have immediate monitoring of the situation.

Now with HubSpot I mark the task I have done for a client and the platform itself reminds me of deadlines or missing information so that I can prompt the user to take the necessary steps. No downtime for all actors in the supply chain, maximizing the outcome.

Also slowing down the connection with external agents was our old site, which was unintuitive and responsive, so even simple uploading of new parts turned into a complex procedure. With HubSpot we were able to create a new site from scratch, in line with our needs, easy to navigate but above all easy to edit. If I want to make a change I can do it completely autonomously within minutes."

The results

"Adopting a CRM platform such as HubSpot's has made information extremely usable thanks to a cross platform that complements and embraces all aspects of the activities carried out with clients, from simple information gathering to advertising," says Mario De Gennaro.

"Thanks to HubSpot I have the possibility to share information with Francesco Tramacere and Carmine D'Agnano in real time from any device and with data that is always up to date, and this aspect is fundamental in the technical sales activity."

The introduction of the newsletter replaces many phone calls, facilitating the flow of information, because thanks to the reports MDG is able to track all actions and data directly, with a directly proportional reduction in time.
