Postpone emails, with Gmail you can!

Postpone-email-with-Gmail-you-can

With Gmail you can postpone sending an email. Finally you can choose the most appropriate time for your communications.

Google improves its services and makes this feature possible on Android, iOS, and Gmail on the Web.

How many times have you found yourself working late and putting off sending to a time more appropriate for your recipients? This feature is especially useful if you work in a Company that has global references, because it will allow you to better manage time zones. Using it is very easy!

Gmail, the Google mail service, continues to offer updates to its users. In addition to the Smart Compose prompts, which you are probably already using to speed up the drafting of emails or replies, you can now schedule your emails. That's good news since you won't have to rely on third-party extensions.

Schedule an email with Gmail:

.
  1. On your computer process an email or reply to a communication, as you have always done, by clicking on Write or Reply.
  2. Bottom left next to the Send button, click on the arrow to open the drop-down option. Display the Schedule Send item to set the date and time. Scheduled emails can also be sent a few minutes earlier after being scheduled.
  3. With this new implementation in the panel to your left displays Scheduled, the new folder where you can check the queue of all postponed emails (you can have up to 100 emails scheduled). If you want to cancel a scheduled email, select it and click Cancel Send (when you cancel a scheduled email, it becomes a draft).
