Do you often attach emails to your recipients in your communications to pick up on a topic? G Suite's new feature allows you to do so in just a few steps.
You can write a summary email and attach all supporting emails to your thread in a few clicks so your recipients can open them directly from their email client without downloading.
To insert emails into a new thread you have more opportunities:
- drag the email you are interested in and drop it into the draft window. Once attached, the emails automatically become .eml extensions.
- select the emails and from the overflow menu (three dots) click on Forward as attachment. A draft will open immediately showing the emails you have chosen.
