Mario how does migration from Server to G Suite take place?
"There are two ways:

If the data are on Mail Servers, how do you proceed?"
"For the migration of emails present on a server, Google provides in the G Suite Admin Console a tool called Data Migration that, by specifying the source parameters, allows you to securely migrate the data. For this operation you need email and password of the migration account, which is an account on the mail server that Google uses to verify that you can connect to the server. In addition, all the email addresses and passwords of the users to be migrated are needed."
When it comes to a migration from Client to G Suite?
"We have just seen how to perform a migration for emails that are present on a Mail Server, if on the other hand the user has email downloaded to their computer the solution is called GSMMO (G Suite Migration for Microsoft Outlook). This tool offers two migration options: migration directly from Outlook and migration from PST file. The first solution is to launch the tool on the computer where Outlook is located, indicate which G Suite account to migrate to, and you're done! The tool will estimate the emails to be migrated and start the migration in total autonomy. In case of problems such as computer crash or shutdown, the tool will be able to restart without migrating the previously processed emails. The second solution, on the other hand, can also be adopted on third-party computers while having the PST to be migrated. The operation is the same, instead of selecting Outlook as the source you will prefer PST."
If the Client has Exchange how can you help them migrate to G Suite?
"If your solution so far has been Microsoft Exchange instead and you want to migrate to G Suite, GSMME (G Suite Migration for Microsoft Exchange) will come to our aid.
