The government also continues to push the Public Administration toward innovation and digitization projects.

Article 230 of the Relaunch Decree established the Fund for Technological Innovation and Digitization. Its first allocation is 50 million euros. It will be used to digitize services of the public administration, citizens and businesses.

"The role of the digitization of services is now more strategic than ever," writes Minister Paola Pisano from her Social channels, "not only to simplify bureaucracy, speed up service delivery times and decrease the costs of structures, but above all to improve the relationship between Public Administration and citizens.

Maximum attention is paid to the timing of the implementation of technological transformation and the new technologies that will be used to create simple yet technologically advanced services.

This will make it possible to increase the level of security of services and the technical skills of the public administration by accompanying institutions to new types and ways of working."
