Can I invite someone to a Google Meet meeting even if they don't use Google apps? Absolutely! Unlike Zoom, Google Meet doesn't require your guests to download anything. If they're on a computer, they can simply click the link in their email invitation or calendar event. On mobile, they'll need to download the Google Meet app, available for both iOS and Android. Please note that if someone tries to add an uninvited guest, their request will need approval from an existing participant who's part of your organisation.
Can I share my screen in Google Meet? Yes, you can share presentations, documents, spreadsheets, and more. You have the option to share your entire screen or just a specific window.
Can I ask questions to participants in Google Meet?

Definitely! You'll find features like "Raise hand" (to signal you want to speak) and Q&A, making it easy to ask and answer questions. There's also Polls to quickly gauge opinions and Breakout Rooms to facilitate smaller group discussions.
Can I record video meetings with Google Meet? If you're a Console administrator, you can enable video recording for your Meet meetings to review them later. This feature is available in the following Google Workspace editions, which include Google Meet: Business Standard, Business Plus, Enterprise Essentials, Enterprise Standard, and Enterprise Plus.
Can I join a Google Meet video meeting with the audio from my mobile phone? Yes, if your internet connection is struggling, you can connect to the video meeting using your phone for audio.
