A look into the future, that's what the Netcomm Forum represents for power2Cloud.
On May 29 and 30, the event hosted, at MiCo Milano Congressi, 210 exhibitors, 3 institutional conferences, 127 workshops, 250 speakers and about 15 thousand participants.
What is the Netcomm Forum? A valuable container of updates, insights, information and contacts to talk about innovation and follow the evolution of the market and businesses. They talked about e commerce growing in Italy, AI and Machine Learning in marketing. power2Cloud was there to closely follow the Retail sector that we have always supported through our customers with Google Cloud solutions.
What topics does the Netcomm Forum cover? The agenda of the Netcomm Forum gave ample space to China and its market, which represents, from a business point of view, a new frontier, but also to topics such as export, legal and tax compliance, supply chain, omnichannel, payment systems and technological innovations.
Great focus also on data analysis and new marketing strategies to choose channels and technologies to support branding, experience, engagement and customer care objectives.
Google was the main partner of the Netcomm Forum. Interesting was the speech by Alessandra Domizi, Industrial Head Retail Google Italy, who presented an overview of innovations that will support Retail to meet the increasingly demanding and information-hungry customers.
Great attention to mobile as well. Emiliano De Matteis, Mobile Web Led Google Italy, showed how changing small details, such as call-to-actions in e commerce, can help increase conversion and interaction rates.
Best practices in general are certainly not lacking, as Gianluigi Marchetti, Retail Account Executive Google Cloud knows well. Thanks to Google Cloud tools and with the definition of business strategies born out of monitoring and analyzing data from sales channels, the turnover, conversion, and growth rates of many companies have increased exponentially.
"Technologies are the most important asset value of today's most successful companies," stressed Roberto Liscia, Netcomm President and Executive Board Member Ecommerce Europe, "- : it is essential to have high-level R&D systems, to propose on the market customer or business services that are increasingly easy to adopt and at the same time technically advanced, as well as to pursue internally a rigorous process of the now abused concept of digital transformation. Only those companies that propose these three goals within their business strategy and that, despite external disruptions, manage to adopt their course while keeping their focus clear can expect to remain competitive in the market."
To the next Netcomm Forum!
