HubSpot prices: how much does HubSpot cost? Do I have to buy all the Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations and CMS hubs? If you've heard of HubSpot or want to activate it for your organization, but costs, features and upgrades are still unclear, we understand, after all, it's easy to get confused with so much choice.

HubSpot has a very structured and composite pricing model to meet every need. Unlike other platforms, it offers CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software capable of registering up to 15 million contacts for free, shared among all users in the same company with granular levels of permissions, and 5 Hubs (dedicated groups of tools) for a fee with specific functionality, divided by process areas:

    • HubSpot Marketing Hub
    • HubSpot Sales Hub
    • HubSpot Service Hub
    • HubSpot Operations Hub
    • CMS

Each Hub has 3 tiers available:

    • Starter
    • Professional
    • Enterprise

We will talk about features, pricing, bundles, and upgrades in a simple and transparent way shortly. Know that HubSpot pricing is the final step that starts witha careful analysis of your challenges, business goals and identifying the path and features most useful to your teams.

To optimize investments, a Platinum partner such as power2Cloud tracks and shares with each client a method that takes into account not tool adoption as an end in itself, but each tool as a  means to achieve measurable performance at all times, synchronizing each step with your growth.

Why you need HubSpot (even if you don't know it yet)

HubSpot is that software that every organization sorely needs, often without knowing it. That's because it gives organizations of different industries and sizes the tools they need to grow better. It is an enabling platform to manage all interactions, online and offline, with users, customers and suppliers, with effective features that are useful in the day-to-day work of all your teams.

Today they use the combined power of the CRM platform,Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub and CMS Hub,over 95,500 customers in more than 120 countries. This enables them to adapt quickly to change, align teams, and achieve effective adoption.

This software is known to have been developed on a strategy, inbound, focused on the ability to attract new customers organically (without paid activity). How? By offering useful content, tracking user inquiries, and analyzing data to adjust the strategy as it goes along. But we're not just talking about marketing. Any company knows that each user's experience, like profits, is the result of the work of all teams, through sales and customer service.

HubSpot's approach breaks the mold and imagines the relationship with each customer no longer as a funnel. The interaction does not end with conversion, then with a sale, but becomes a flight: the relationship is continuous, the user is a person to be won back, engaged, delighted, to keep loyalty and profits high.

What can HubSpot do for your business?

We are not surprised to learn that HubSpot has earned the podium in G2's Best Software Companies Awards, an award given annually to companies around the world based on a combination of G2's satisfaction and market presence scores for each vendor.

How much does HubSpot cost? Optimize your investment

So let's get to the question we started with: how much does HubSpot cost? First, let's start by saying that you can purchase the Hubs separately if you wish. For all, the annual subscription, compared to the monthly payment, offers a percentage discount.

The Starter versions of the various Hubs are exceptionally good value for money, running around 40 euros per month or so, but the choice, we reiterate, depends on what your business needs. Starter has lots of features included, but not structured automations, don't forget that.

For those we move on to Professional, usually used by SMEs that need to better structure their processes.  The Enterprise plans, are designed  for teams and large companies with very structured processes and important scalability needs.

Naturally, it is possible to have the Starter version of one Hub and the Professional version of another if you need more pushed functionality for certain work teams in particular.

Onboarding HubSpot vs onboarding a HubSpot Partner

From the Professional to the Enterprise version HubSpot charges onboarding per Hub, which is why so many people use a HubSpot partner.

A partner such as power2Cloud can not only offer targeted consulting, but facilitate the onboardingof the platform, providing best practices according to targeted expertise and skills, allowing you to speed up integrations and identifying steps that are most effective to your goals.

Our team is ready to offer you a training plan that starts as early as the Starter version and is structured according to a proprietary method that takes into account teams, activities, time to market, and your goals (short- and long-term).

Here are some benefits that power2Cloud can offer you:

    • migration from your old CRM and hands-on implementation support
    • customized consulting for data structuring on CRM
    • a structured path that will meet your future growth activities through solid foundations
    • a CRM implemented tailored to you and customized to the needs of your employees
    • a faster implementation timeline
    • greater adoption by all teams
    • best practices and expertise in verticals similar to yours
    • native and custom integrations

In essence, you will get more out of HubSpot when you choose power2Cloud as your partner.

How many users can use HubSpot?

As we said, the HubSpot CRM is free and can be accessed by all employees who have a company email.

Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 email are natively connected and allow you to automatically synchronize (so without any manual activity) emails, tasks, calendars, notifications, and more. You can also integrate other mail providers if you wish.

When a free user needs to use advanced features found in the Hubs, the individual user needs a paid license.

How many licenses are included in the individual Hubs?  Here is a recap:

    • Starter 2 Sales licenses and 2 Service licenses
    • are included.
    • Professional 5 Sales licenses and 5 Service licenses
    • Enterprise 10 Sales licenses and 10 Service
    • licenses.

What does that mean? That those who have the license assigned internally can take advantage of the advanced features related to specific Hubs. And for everyone else? Without giving you the details of all the costs, we want you to know that new paid licenses can be added at any time to allow other colleagues or employees to work on the desired Hubs.

These are the costs of the Hub.

Let us remind you thatthe controls are granular so the administrator can decide at any time which functions to enable, which to disable, on a per-user basis. The CRM will of course always keep track of all activities with a careful and automatic history.

How does the HubSpot Marketing Hub's marketing contacts work?

For the Marketing Hub, on the other hand, there are no licenses, but "marketing contacts," that is, contacts who are the subject of marketing communications, to whom we want to, for example, send newsletters, upsells, and promos.

In the Starter version 1,000 contacts are included (you can upgrade by 1,000 contacts at a time), in the HubSpot Marketing Professional version you start instead from 2,000 marketing contacts (you can upgrade by 5,000 in 5,000), while for the Hub Enterprise you start from 10,000 marketing contacts (upgrade is by 10,000 in 10,000).

CRM Suite, how to choose the one that is right for you?

Now let's talk about the CRM Suites that allow you to use all the Hubs at the same time, assaying the features dedicated to marketing teams, sales, customer support and significantly increasing the potential of the platform.

A Suite consists of the set of all the Hubs offered by HubSpot on the same price level.

For example, the CRM Suite Starter consists of:

    • Marketing Hub Starter
    • Sales Hub Starter
    • Service Hub Starter
    • CMS Hub Starter
    • Operations Hub Starter Hub

Suite prices (Starter, Professional and Enterprise) are highly competitive and go as far as offering discounts of up to 95% on the entire HubSpot Suite.

power2Cloud is ready to recommend the CRM Suite version best suited for your business.
