Google Scripts for Retail. The Need.

You too will be busy measuring the performance and work done by your franchise store locations. Collecting data and recording any gaps is critical to aligning productivity and trying to provide better service to your Customers as well.

To do this often results in copious and cumbersome communications that take time to compile the required report: you have to attach documents, send emails, follow calculations after searching and consulting different files.

How much does this cost your company and your productivity?"

What you can do with our Script: facilitate franchise store inspections

The Script developed by Mario, our Google Cloud Deployment Specialist, uses G Suite Apps such as Forms, Calendar, Sheets, and Gmail to make communication and reporting for your franchise stores especially fast and effective, both to fulfill and to access.

Many of our Clients can now collect data from each franchise, dealing specifically with each business department (administrative, commercial, and production). What happens in practice? During the inspection visit to franchise stores, the contact person fills out a Google Form with the business items of interest that refer to, for example, cleaning, set-up, timing of intervention, protocols, with the possibility of attaching photos and useful notes.

The Form interacts with Google Calendar and allows you to view the date, time, and operator involved, while Sheets collects all the reporting and allows the administration, headquarters, or whomever in charge to cross-reference numbers and information, especially to filter the data of most interest.

If you would like to follow up on this implementation, if you are in another area and have different needs let's talk about it together!
